Foundation Stage
Levels 1 through 4 emphasize:

These stages establish foundational ceremonial and institutional understanding.
Intermediate Stage
Levels 5 through 6 emphasize:
- public teaching
- community service
- temple administration
- ritual assistance
- organizational responsibility
Disciples at Level 6 and above may begin assuming institutional administrative positions.
Advanced and Master Stage
Levels 7 through 10 emphasize:
- ceremonial leadership
- ritual authority
- advanced cultivation
- institutional responsibility
- long term practical verification
Disciples at Level 7 and above may independently preside over ceremonies.
Assistant Requirement
Disciples seeking appointment as Hall Master or Ritual Master must complete formal assistant service requirements.
Requirements include:
- minimum 24 cumulative months of supervised service
- temple administration assistance
- ritual support
- cultivation documentation
- devotee service participation
- minimum 800 cumulative service hours
- quarterly institutional evaluation
